Booking Timeline

Since we are usually booked 2-4 weeks in advance, we recommend placing your custom order request as early as possible to ensure availability for your special event.

Consultation Process

After we discuss the details of your order and decide on desserts that you like, if you are interested in booking and would like to proceed, we’ll work together to finalize your custom creation.

Payment & Confirmation

We require a 50% deposit to secure your date. The remaining balance is to be paid 1 week prior to your event. For orders placed within one week of your event, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Order Policies

I agree to the Custom Order Policy: Custom orders must be placed at least two weeks in advance to avoid additional fees. Orders placed with less than two weeks' notice are subject to a minimum 25% late fee. Orders placed within one week of the pickup require full payment at the time of ordering.

I agree to the Custom Order Payment Policy: A 50% deposit is required for orders placed with more than two weeks’ notice. The balance is due 1 week prior to the event. For late orders, payments are non-refundable if cancellations occur.

I understand this submission serves as part of the “custom order request form” process. Submitting my request does not confirm my order. I will receive a response from the team within 48 hours to finalize the details. The order is only confirmed once the initial payment is made.
